If Your Device Can't Be Fixed

Sometimes a device is beyond economical repair. In these cases, we charge a flat fee of just 50 GBP to cover collection, diagnosis, and return service.

We'll always explain why and discuss your options, including data recovery if needed.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods when we return your repaired device:

Cash

We accept cash payment on delivery of your repaired device.

BACS Bank Transfer

We accept BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing System) payments. Account details provided on completion of repairs.

30-Day Repair Warranty

All our repairs come with a 30-day warranty covering both parts and labour. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we'll fix it at no extra charge.
