PC Fix Express was founded in 2026 to bring a better kind of computer repair to the Surrey Hills. Traditional repair shops mean unplugging your cables, carrying a heavy tower across town and waiting days for an answer. We turn that around: we come to you, collect your PC, laptop or Mac, repair it at our secure Leatherhead base, and return it fully set up and tested.
Our pricing is deliberately simple. One fixed fee of £99 covers collection, diagnosis, repair and return. Components are quoted separately and only fitted with your written approval — no surprises, no hidden extras. If we can't fix it, we tell you straight.
Quality is non-negotiable. Every repair is properly diagnosed before work begins, logged and photographed throughout, and delivered with a clear explanation of exactly what was done. Whether it's a cracked laptop screen, a virus-infected PC or a Mac that won't start, the standard is the same: diagnose properly, quote honestly, fix it right.
