No! That's one of the key benefits of our service. We'll carefully disconnect your computer and reconnect it when we return it. You don't need to touch a single cable.

What if my computer can't be fixed?

If your device is beyond repair or parts would be uneconomical, we'll explain why and charge a flat £50 fee for the collection, diagnosis, and return service.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. We take data protection seriously and comply with UK GDPR regulations. Your data is never accessed unless required for the repair, and we're happy to discuss any specific concerns.

What areas do you serve?
