PC Fix Express was founded by Razvan Duda, a Cyber Security Engineer and Azure Solutions Architect with nearly two decades of experience building, securing and repairing IT systems. Razvan's career started in 2009 as an independent IT support consultant, working directly with over fifty small businesses across retail, healthcare and professional services — from setting up secure networks and firewalls to managing data-centre infrastructure with 99.9% uptime guarantees.
That hands-on, client-facing experience taught him something the big repair chains consistently miss: when someone's computer breaks, what they need most is a straightforward answer, a clear price, and someone who turns up when they say they will. No jargon. No runaround. No surprise charges.
Razvan brings the same rigour he applies to enterprise security — vulnerability assessments, zero-trust architecture, incident response — to every home and business repair across the Surrey Hills. He holds four Microsoft Expert-level certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Administrator), a FinOps certification, and an (ISC)² cybersecurity credential.
